TabTrade — The Short Version
Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
His background matters. It says the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.
The Software
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Two major platforms from the same login. Many pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform previously, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders find it more natural once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently in the works. That will round things out when it arrives.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Good for beginners.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
The speed is the area where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
Regulation
Here is the thing that requires honesty. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this guarantee anything. But inform your decision.
The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
The Bonus
Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
